Year 3
Hello and welcome to Year 3. In this an important transition year from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2, children will build on their knowledge and continue to progress in their confidence, knowledge and skills.
Each and every child has a chance to be the best they can be. Our aim is that all pupils to become confident and resilient learners as they move into through Key Stage 2.

Weekly Spellings
I will be sending spellings out on a weekly basis for the children to practice at home in preparation for a spelling test every Friday.
Stone Age Homework
Our current topic is 'Would you rather live in the Stone Age, Iron Age or Bronze Age? As part of the topic, I would like to give the children the option to get creative this half term. The children can bring their creations in or send photos to be displayed in class.
